    01. What payment options do you accept?

    We accept online bank transferscash payments, and card payments. Please note, cash-on-delivery is not available.

    02. Who pays for delivery?

    Customers are responsible for all delivery and courier charges. These costs depend on the order weight and destination. Our team will confirm the total charge before dispatch.

    03. Do you deliver outside Colombo?

    Yes, island-wide delivery is available through our trusted logistics network. Most orders arrive within 1–3 working days depending on location.

    04. Can I check items before purchase?

    Yes. You can visit our warehouse in Colombo 11 to inspect products before buying. We recommend calling ahead to confirm availability.

    05. Do you provide free samples?

    Samples are paid only. This ensures consistent product quality and fair pricing for all customers.

    06. Do you give discounts for damaged items?

    Yes — if any item has minor damage identified before delivery, we offer it at a discounted rate with full disclosure to the customer.
    However, once undamaged items are delivered, we do not take responsibility for any damage caused afterward.

    07. What if I receive the wrong product?

    If an incorrect item is delivered due to our mistake, you can return it unused. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

    08. Can I return undamaged items?

    Refunds or returns are not possible for items that were correctly delivered and not damaged at the time of delivery. Please confirm your order carefully before purchase.
